AG Studio is a commercial product. Every deployment requires a licence, and every licence includes dedicated support.
AG Grid and AG Charts Licences Copy Link
AG Studio is built on AG Grid and AG Charts, and most AG Studio deployments use them in the same project - either through AG Studio itself, or as standalone instances alongside it.
An AG Studio licence covers AG Studio and its built-in grid and charts widgets only. It does not extend to AG Grid Enterprise or AG Charts Enterprise used outside of AG Studio, including in custom widgets, which require their own licences.

Each AG Studio version requires specific versions of AG Grid and AG Charts. If your project already uses standalone instances of either library alongside AG Studio, they should be upgraded to the versions that match your AG Studio version.
