He has a strong track record of scaling developer-focused businesses and leading high-performing teams in fast-growing SaaS and enterprise software environments. As CEO of AG Grid, John is responsible for defining the company's strategic direction, driving innovation, and supporting long-term, sustainable growth. He works closely with customers and the leadership team to ensure AG Grid remains the trusted standard for enterprise-grade JavaScript development products. - **Rob Clarke, CTO** — Rob is a technology leader with more than 20 years' experience transforming engineering teams and driving product innovation. He has led initiatives in telecommunications, financial services, and enterprise software, joining AG Grid in 2017 after serving as a technical lead and architect at RBS. Rob has since scaled the engineering team and broadened the product portfolio. As CTO, he shapes technical strategy and product development across all products, most recently spearheading the launch of AG Charts Enterprise for enterprise-grade data visualisation. - **Jon Williams, CRO** — Jon has over 25 years' experience leading commercial teams from start-ups to global organisations. Honing his skills at companies such as Aprimo, Boxever, and Sitecore. Jon now brings a wealth of experience delivering go-to-market strategies, business integration, and delivering B2B sales success to AG Grid. - **Jason Forget, Chair of the Board** — Jason is a technology executive with deep experience scaling developer-first software companies into global enterprise platforms. He has built and led high-growth go-to-market organizations, transforming product-led adoption into large-scale enterprise revenue engines and helping developer-focused products achieve broad adoption across many of the world’s leading enterprises. Jason will partner closely with the leadership team to accelerate enterprise growth, preserving the developer trust and community momentum while driving long-term success.
